1. The brand has been chosen based on the current collection. If Jalsa feels the next collection you make in time for the festive event does not match our sensibility, we have the right to remove the brand from the event. The amount paid for the same will be refunded to the same bank account you made payment from.
2. Pleasenote: For an Apparel brand - You may be required to collaborate with an influencer as part of a collective promotion for the event. You will be required to pay 50% of the total amount in case you want to use the content on your page. Otherwise, your brand will not be tagged by the influencer. For an Accessory brand - You may be required to contribute a few pieces to the give away leading up to the event.

MARKETING:

1. Please note: Brands will not be tagged on social media for this event.
2. The discretion of which brands are to be marketed in the lead up to the event lies solely with JALSA. JALSA is not liable to market every brand.
3. We understand that marketing for our brand will only bedone after full payment has been received by JALSA for the event.
4. JALSA can only promote the brand if they send their images on time, and the images are aesthetically photographed. Images of clothing/accessory on mannequins & hangers will not be posted.

GSTNUMBER:

1. At the time of Stall Booking, we will require your Company Name and along with your Company's registered GST number. These details will later help us to give you your tax invoices.
2. Please note it is mandatory to provide us with Casual GST number atleast a week before the show.

MISCELLANEOUS:

1. If JALSA believes that your merchandise is not upto the mark,they have the right to remove any brand upto 2 weeks prior to the event & your entire amount will be refunded.
2. Setup details will be shared with the participants one day prior to the event over WhatsApp
3. No sharing of stalls with others exhibitors is permitted.
4. Closer to the event each participant will be sent an accessory list, from which you can choose what your equire. Payment for the same is to be made at the time of ordering directly to the vendor.

JALSA exhibition is authorized to release your space / ban your brand from any of its future events without any prior notice, if any of the above-mentioned protocols are disregarded.
